Broad daylight beating that resulted in death of a 69 year old man was caught on a CCTV camera in Krakow, Poland. According to the preliminary examination, the old man died of heart attack, but autopsy results which will be available later are expected to reveal that beating directly contributed to his death.

The beating took place in front of an apartment building on Teligi Street in Krakow. 29 year old Marcin W. was trying to force his way into the apartment building, apparently looking for a man who owed him £30. Marcin was reportedly getting on everyone’s nerves because he kept calling each apartment’s door intercoms, demanding that they open the door for him. Meanwhile, 69 year old Marian S. came from around the block having just walked his dog and told the punk to get the fuck away from their building.

Verbal exchange soon escalated into a fight in which Marcin W. overpowered Marian S. and beat him in the head until the old man fell unconscious. One guy passed by China style, giving the passed out man on the hedge a glance but otherwise not bothering to check if he was OK before somebody from the building came out and realized the old man was in trouble. Ambulance came relatively quickly but were unable to save his life.

This has got to be one of the most savage beatings of a guy by a street mob ever filmed on video. On this past Tuesday, December 31st, an intoxicated man was stabbed and beaten to death in his own house in Curuaru, Brazil.

The 32 year old Uberlon Cassimiro de Lima lived alone and often invited friends to his house to enjoy a day of drunkenness. Does anyone need any more proof that drinking alcohol kills?

Hold on, here’s the best part. The main suspect, José Roberto do Nascimento Alves, is handicapped. The police found one of his crutches in the victim’s house. He was also arrested in 2010 for stabbing a man to death, but was later released (see why there’s so many lynchings and public justice in Brazil now?). He first claimed he couldn’t remember anything, regarding De Lima’s murder, but now asserts he’s innocent.

Managing a situation with a mentally ill person is an extremely difficult task. No one could deny this. Especially a schizophrenic where part of the condition means they have an increased fight or flight reflex, are heightened by anxiety and a belief that they are not safe, and have diminished cognitive capacity.

Part of Law Enforcement training is management of situations with escalated emotions and conditions relating to mental illness due to the reality that people with this condition will come into contact with the police more often than members of the general population. This is due to their profile, living arrangements and fear others have in their apparent erratic behaviour.

So when you see a police officer target Kelly Thomas, a known mentally ill man, bully and threaten him, twirl his baton as he interrogates him on the street, menace him with clenched fists and then call in backup before they systematically beat, taser and kill him, it is a little hard to comprehend. We all know that isn’t how it is supposed to be. Police are there to Serve and Protect us from violence, not deliver it with weapons we as taxpayers have paid for them to carry.

But at least with video evidence, you just know that the offending officers will be fired, charged and convicted, right? Don’t kid yourself. The legal systems of our countries today are about who can put on the best show and who can sell a story that the jury will buy. Two of the six officers went to trial, the original agitator Manuel Ramos was tried for Second Degree Murder and Involuntary Manslaughter, and Jay Cicinelli, third on the scene, was tried for Involuntary Manslaughter and Excessive Force. A third Officer, Joe Wolfe, had his charges of Involuntary Manslaughter and Excessive Force dropped following the acquittals of Ramos and Cicinelli.

The defence stated that the officers operated within their training in performing an arrest on Kelly Thomas. However, when I watch the video I see an officer ignore his training, deliberately escalate a situation and needlessly menace a known mentally ill and vulnerable citizen. I then see another five officers join in on the action, with blood lust and a power trip motivating their behaviour. This is a stark contrast to the professional training and duty to the public we expect from people provided weapons and set loose on our streets.

To make matters worse, Jay Cicinelli has initiated legal action to get his job back. His statement through his lawyer was that being a police officer is an integral part of his identity.

Wrong, Jay Cicinelli. Being a bully and deriving power for your depraved ego is integral to your identity. You repeatedly smashed the butt of your taser into Kelly Thomas’ face you sick motherfucker. Your future should be nothing brighter than the inside of a prison cell for years and years, followed by the ignominy of guarding a roller door at the back of a Walmart somewhere. Your freedom is an insult to justice, and your attempt to get your job back is proof you have no sensitivity to the family of your victim or the community at large. You are a clueless cunt.

On February 15, 2014 an Oklahoma man by the name of Luis Rodriguez was violently arrested after being overwhelmed by 5 police officers who subdued him by forcing him to the ground. Luis Rodriguez later died in custody. Video of his arrest was filmed by his wife Nair.

According to her family, Wilza suffered a motorcycling accident 3 years ago, leaving her in a precarious health state. And it was during this time of recovery that she met 42 year old Josean Pereira, who she developed an affection for. He, the loving and kind man he appears to be, well, from the photo at least, got her hooked on crack and pot, making her go to rehab 3 times and being unsuccessful on all of them. She was raped a month ago by another drug user, said the family.

The victim was found inside a building, still under construction. The place is known by locals for being a frequent hotspot for drug users. Wilza had a big cut in her face and a stick stuck in her eye. Next to her there was a lighter, the infamous flip-flips and also a brick covered in blood, suggesting that it was the murder weapon. Or was the brick just a mere distraction? Those flip-flips sure look suspicious to me.

What you see in these photos is a response to unceasing police brutality against the civilians by the Chengguan police – members of the City Urban Administrative and Law Enforcement Bureau in Guizhou province, southeastern China.

After the Chengguan had a man killed for filming their abuse of a female vendor in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, the people rioted and beat at least four Chengguan to death. The video was filmed in Bairro Novo Mondubim, Fortaleza, Brazil. It all started with three thieves stealing a motorcycle from an old man who was returning home. The victim’s son chased after the thieves on his own motorcycle, and so did the victim helped by a friend.

After a bit of chasing, the victim’s son caught one of the thieves, although the other two got away. What you see in the video is the delivery of street justice to the thief that was caught.

Enraged victims basically turned the thief into a punching and kicking bag. The beating was so severe, the thief suffered fatal brain damage and died the following day. He may have been engaged, considering that he wore a ring on his right hand.

33 year old woman from Guarujá in São Paulo, Brazil was lynched and killed after someone accused her of kidnapping children for black magic rituals. The accusation started with a post on Facebook titled “Guarujá Alerta” and a sketch of a woman who looked just like 33 year old Fabiane Maria de Jesus and that’s all locals needed. But the obvious downside of “justicia popular” is that the pointed at victim doesn’t get a chance to speak to his/her own defense. They just get pointed out and the whole mob instantly picks up the outrage of the accusation and becomes the judge, jury and executioner. Perhaps sometimes they get it right, but there are just too many cases of innocent people getting beaten to death and that’s plain and simple unacceptable.

68 year old Asian man was beaten and stomped to death on an East Village street, in New York on Friday May 9, 2014 at about 8:45 p.m. The perpetrator was a black man, thus far unidentified (as of this publishing).

Ruan Wen Hui was walking along East 6th Street between Avenues C and D when the attacker walked right up to him and started screaming at him. Before he could realized what was happening, the attacker shoved the elderly man against the wall and unleashed a slew of relentless punches and kicks as the old man lay helpless by the railing.

Video from Imperial City in California shows cops beating a man to death during a routine traffic stop. The video was filmed from a distance by an Iphone owner, so you can’t really see what was happening, plus the cops intentionally obstructed the view with their bodies to minimize the video’s chances of being admissible in the court of law (which proves that they are not concerned with murdering a civilian, they are concerned with someone filming incriminating evidence of murder), but despite not being visually attractive, the video raises several points I wanted to bring up for discussion.

City of Milwaukee (No. 12-2272), it is not a violation of constitutional rights if police break down a door to a citizen’s home, search the home without a warrant and confiscate firearms, so long that they 9the cops) believe it is in the citizen’s best interest? This is essentially why compared to countries like Afghanistan, we don’t have any freedom.

Now to the video – I’ve just tried to search for the details about this story and found next to nothing. There appears to be an article on ivpressonline, but their portal requires subscription. On May 11, 2014, 44 year old Ron Hillstrom was having a mental issue episode so neighbors who observed him walking in circles and asking for help in the parking lot of the apartment complex in University Place, Washington called police to “help” him. The police showed up and “helped” the delusional man to death by first tazing him with four tazers at the same time, and then beating him senseless. According to an eye witness (reported by KOMO News):

Plus there is the video which, albeit difficult to discern due to being filmed in the dark, does paint a picture of a pack of cops bashing systematically on the guy who’s immobilized on the ground and desperately calling for help. They beat him to death because he was sick. Because he was ill. Think about that for a minute…

We clearly live in times when police are the greatest threat to a person’s life and well being. In a democracy, it should be the government that fears the people, not the other way around. When it gets to the point that the people not only can’t trust their government anymore, but have to fear for their lives when dealing with government employees, you know something is terribly wrong.

There are just too many cases of police responding to calls for help by killing the caller. What we see in this video is not in any way an isolated incident. They’re even dangerous to pets.

A nearly 9 minutes long video depicts slow and long beating of a 14 year old boy by three topless young gang members who accused him of being a rat and snitching on them to the police. During the course of the video, the teen is repeatedly elbowed, kneed, stomped, caned until the stick broke, pulled by the hair and thrown stones at. Once he was knocked out with a large brick, a gang members pulled out his Chinese junk and pissed on his motionless body.

The incident happened in the West Village, Xiaogang Township, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. During the beating, as the juvenile kept begging them for mercy, the attackers laughed.

While Chinese is a difficult language to translate using online translators, it’s much better than Thai. Still, even though not as messed up, I’d like to share what I got because of “facing juvenile pissing facial”:
