A young girl was bludgeoned to death in the McDonald’s located opposite the Public Security Bureau (Chinese police) in Zhaoyuan city, Shandong province, China on May 28, 2014. She was sitting alone, minding her own business, eating her own burger when a group of six youths, both men and women whom she didn’t know, sat at the table next to her. A guy from the group struck a conversation with her and asked for her phone number. The girl refuse to give it to him.

That enraged the spoiled punk, whom I’m calling spoiled because he seems to be used to getting what he asks for, being that he drives a Porsche Cayenne, which means his daddy is some rich public official that rakes in millions while other people barely have enough to eat, and bludgeoned her to death. The punk pushed the girl down onto the floor and kicked her in the head before grabbing a steel pole to bash her in the head with until it broke – the steel pole, that is. What the hell is wrong with China?

Zhaoyuan police gets special props for arriving on the scene within three minutes and arresting the murderers on the spot. TThe police processed the case overnight and pressed charges against 5 of the attackers. The only one not charged was a 13 year old boy.

There are speculations that this may have been a cult killing because while bludgeoning the girl, the attacker screamed about demons and devils. A woman who was with him screamed at onlookers that she would kill them too if anyone got in their way. Perhaps the reason they asked for her phone number was not to do sexy things, but to recruit her as a new member of the cult?

Video from Brazil shows a guy lying near dead in a household waste filled gutter, barely clinging to life after an apparent lynching by the local population. His face is bloodied and he does not move, but as the camera zooms in, you can see he still has his breathing reflex, however irregular.

An 18 year old De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde student named Guillo Cesar Servando died after undergoing hazing of the Tau Gamma Phi fraternity in Makati, Metro Manila, the Philippines. The deadly hazing was performed in a house in Barangay Palanan, close to One Archers Tower where the victims stayed after the initiation rites.

The Tau Gamma Phi fraternity distanced itself from the the fatal hazing and laid blame on its individual chapter that doesn’t abide by the fraternity’s “no hazing” policy.

In a sworn affidavit, survivor of the hazing named John Paul Raval stated that:

The initiation rites was started around 6:00 p.m. and lasted until about 9:00 p.m. During initiation he (Raval), Flores, Agustin and Servando were subjected to severe mental and physical punishment, they were hit, whipped and harshly flogged mostly on their legs by the Tau Gamma Phi members using belts and wooden paddle…

A thirty two year old woman was beaten, raped and then left to die from her injuries in Lucknow, India. The victim, a mother of two and a widow was looking for apartments when she was abducted, taken to a nearby construction site, beaten and sexually assaulted so severely as to cause hemorrhaging. An autopsy revealed that there was no evidence of an actual internal rape but the rape charge is holding due to a law passed recently that basically considers all kinds of unwanted sexual contact to be rape. The accused, Yam Sewak Yadav, was working security at the construction site where the rape and murder took place. The victim had suffered at least a dozen separate injuries to her genitals and was left in the dirt, naked and bleeding to death once Yadav had had his way with her.

On a side note, Six officers have also been suspended due to a “delay in action” concerning the case. Although I imagine this could be due more to the “Higher Ups” trying to save face for perhaps not making the case a priority? We all know how that goes.

Since she was apartment-hunting (probably looking for a better place for her and her kids), it’s possible he lured her there on the pretense of having a place to rent. Fucking despicable. A woman with a job as a lab assistant in a hospital, raising her two kids, brutally sexually assaulted and left to die. All for nothing.

Just how effed up, if not downright dangerous, the Child Protective Services are in the USA and Canada has been covered extensively on Best Gore in the past. Each year, countless children are forcefully taken away from their loving parents and given to a state care where they are abused, often sexually, and literally thousands die as a result.

One of those children, a 13 year old Texan boy, turned to the internet to tell his story by way of a video. Through a set of cards with individual messages (a male version of Amanda Todd), the boy tells a story of alleged abuse in state care system.

Texas judge Keith Dean, who has a history of scummy rulings, ordered the video taken down. He actually ordered the mother to take it down while she was standing in the courtroom. I do not live in Texas so I’ll side with the public’s right to be informed and will publish a mirror of the video here.

I do not know whether the story told through the video is true. I don’t know if this boy has a reason to lie, or if he was coerced by the family to play his part in the video. As with everything we publish at Best Gore (as well as everything you find published elsewhere), I encourage you all to never take anything at face value.

In this particular case, we don’t know much about the family or the CPS case against them. But what we do know is that the CPS is responsible for thousands of needless cases of abuse and deaths and often gets away with it. They suffer the messiah complex and make things exponentially worse by taking children who don’t need to be taken from families. Then the children get abused and traumatized in state custody and end up much worse off than before.

On the other hand, what the video doesn’t say is that the little boy Buddy Cook was found dead in the foster parents’ home. He was initially described as “skin and bones” with “sunken eyes”. The parents hadn’t taken him to see a doctor. One of the other foster children said that the parents hit them with a belt and withheld dinner regularly as punishment, while others denied any such punishments ever taking place. Buddy also had “bruises and marks” on his body. The medical examiner initially determined the cause of death to be homicide by starvation.

Later the evidence revealed that Buddy Cook actually had food and water in his stomach and weighed more than thought. His bowel was full throughout, indicating regular intake of food and water. The bruises were determined to be consistent with a fall. He had no fractures or external injuries indicative of abuse. Other children in the home denied the abuse. Mother said that on the day he died, Buddy threw up but had no fever so she didn’t take him to a doctor. Thus, the homicide charge against foster parents David and Angel Cook of Cleburne, Texas was dropped.

Some of the children said Buddy, who had been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, reactive attachment disorder and a sexually transmitted disease, banged his head on things, sat in the corner rocking back and forth, and picked at his own skin.

He then allegedly started refusing to eat or drink, so his parents had to feed him Ensure because he was losing weight. As he later started eating his own feces and hurting himself, parents tried to tape gloves onto his hands to stop him.

Thus, I’m neither advocating in favor of the boy and his family, nor in favor of the CPS. What I’m advocating for is the people’s right to access to information. Besides, judge Keith Dean must be new to the internet if he thinks ordering a removal of a video uploaded by a person will make it disappear completely from the internet. In this video, you’ll see three Colombian policemen trying to contain the crowd that was too eager to deliver “justicia popular” to a suspected hitman, but failing to do so. At Best Gore, we see the absolute worse of what humans are made of on a daily basis. But this video seems to go way beyond your average brutality humans are capable of. The only video I think can match its brutality is the baseball bat beating of prosecutor’s brother by Mexican cartel.

The video depicts a bound and gagged man on the floor of some shed getting beaten senseless with a metal tube. It looks like one of the tubes used as a foundation for a scaffolding. The attackers strikes the defenseless man with it all over his body at full force. There could not have been a single bone in the victim’s body that would not have been broken. Several full force blows were also delivered to his head – those must have cracked his skull and cause bleeding to the brain, yet surprisingly the man never passed out.

Half way through the beating, the attackers accomplice comes to the victim and repeatedly stabs him in the spine. Resulting bleeding leads to significant blood loss that stains the floor. How the victim never died during the course of the video from all this is mind boggling.

Wennys Callou Figueiras, 28 year old Brazilian crack head got into an argument with his mother, Maria Rita Figueiras Callou, 48, and her daughter, Laura Callou

I really hate to start the weekend off on a downer but this story must be shared, it must be seen. These victims must have justice for there is no excuse to harm the little ones. Yes, I’m talking about another brutal child slaying. This time in Uberaba, state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. A one year, seventh month old girl identified as Thamara Pereira de Lima was found dead in her parents room in the Parque dos Girassóis neighborhood with head trauma, a fractured right arm, bruises on her forehead and small cuts on the left ear.

The parents of the child; Kelly Beatriz Pereira de Lima, 34, and Brito Santos Francisneio, 33, triggered the SAMU (Mobile Emergency Service) to report that their child had fallen out of her crib and was not breathing. However, when responders arrived, they found a dead child and signs that she had been dead for at least several hours as rigidity had set in. The scene was shady enough that the military police were summoned and the couple was questioned and ultimately arrested as there was strong evidence to suggest that the girl had been subjected to a brutal beating.

The parents are known drug users and alcoholics and as they were hauled away, they sure looked the part, in their own little world, seemingly oblivious to what was going on. Possibly getting high and the little one was making too much racket and causing already frayed nerves to respond violently. Residents attempted to assault the couple as they were led away but, unfortunately, a lynching was prevented. The child’s body was carried out in a thermal blanket while news crews and bystanders recorded the event. Neighbors reported that the child had been assaulted before by her mother who never let anyone see Thamara, but kept her in the house.

The father, Brito has been cited previously for embezzlement, theft and assault while the mother, Kelly has been held on suspicion of drug trafficking.

This post is a series or executions carried out by the Islamic State aka ISIS, in Nineveh, Iraq.
